If you are a breeder you can only use this website to advertise your kennel or puppies or services if you have a Kennel Club Affix or Kennel Name granted solely by the Kennel Club (1-5 Clarges Street) and that all puppies you advertise will be Kennel Club (1-5 Clarges Street) Registered (Exemptions apply to certain breeds and if this is the case please explain) , that you have a checkable show history (Higham Press, Dog World, Ourdogs, etc) and are activly involved in health screening requirements within your breed if you show your dogs there will be searchable information available on and offline.

IF THE AFFIX PROVIDED IS FALSE, ANY SHOW INFORMATION CANNOT BE FOUND IN OUR SEARCHES OR YOU CANNOT PROVIDE US WITH PROOF OF SHOWING AND HEALTH SCREENING ANY PAYED LISTING WILL NOT BE PUT UP AND NO REFUND OF ANY FEES PAYED WILL BE GIVEN.
ANY FEE CHARGED IS TO COVER TIME TAKEN AND WORK INVOLVED IN SEARCHES FOR THE ABOVE DETAILS
The above information will be checked and if any advertiser is found to have given false information or does not comply to above you will contacted by admin and if not rectified your listing will be removed and you will be banned from completely accessing the site this action is permanant and cannot be undone
It is your responsibility to ensure a valid email address is provided in your records. Members who do not maintain a valid email address will have their membership cancelled and their details removed.
Multiple sign-ups by a single person are prohibited. If you have forgotten your username or password please contact us , do not join again. Where a person has joined multiple times all their listings will be removed.
The website listed in your records must be your own non-commercial dog related website.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all information listed on your pages is accurate and true.
simplyuppies reserve the right to refuse an application for membership and to terminate membership without being obliged to give reasons or explanation .
All puppies advertised on the site by "KC Registered Breeders & KC Acccredited Breeder" should be 8 weeks old before they are removed from their mother.
All pictures and text on your pages must be relevant to your service/company/yourself and you must own the copyright.
The litter register is provided to list details of litters you have bred. You are not allowed to add details of friend's litters or litters your stud dog may have sired.
In order to assist in keeping the information on the litter register current, please amend your ads in a timely manner.
You may only list stud dogs you own.
Infringement of any of the terms and conditions listed on this page may result in your records being amended or your membership being cancelled. .
All Advertisements, messages and or any information supplied to simplypuppies must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and must comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice and all other codes under the general supervision of the Advertising Standards Authority and the requirements of current legislation.
When deemed necessary all advertisement, messages and or any information supplied to simplypuppies may be edited and classified at the publisher's discretion. All material contained in simplypuppies is published in good faith, but it is emphasised that simplypuppies do not in any circumstances accept responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of any advertisement, messages and or any information supplied to simplypuppies published whether online or off-line (nor is any kind of warranty expressed or implied by such advertisement, messages and or any information supplied to simplypuppies and that we specifically disclaim all and any liability to advertisers, readers and users of any kind of any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever and however arising, whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause, and whether on the part of or their servants or agents, or any other person.
Membership deletion
If any sort of membership that doesn’t login within a six months will have their membership deleted. All payments and enhancement on deleted accounts will be also perpetually removed. They will be able to reregister but any enhancement like Prem account will need to be purchased again against the new account.
